Recently I had the chance (finally!) to fly out to Arizona to spend some time with one of my favorite photog friends – Lauren! This was my first time flying out to the Southwest and let me tell you, I was SO excited for a change in scenery! Florida has beauty in its own way, but when you’ve lived here your whole life it is so nice when you get a chance to experience a different landscape.
I landed super late at night so it was dark on our drive from the Phoenix airport to Tucson where Lauren lives. I was a little bummed since I was so eager to see the Arizona desert! The next morning we woke up and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED.
MOUNTAINS. MOUNTAINS EVERYWHERE.
Since being back I catch myself dreaming of the west and I can not wait for my next adventure out that way.
Maybe California next?
